Well, your outline is okay, but your coloring isn't so neat like mentioned above.

Your anatomy is okay,k although the body looks like a MLP pony's body. ANd the ears are way too big.

Love how you used a hotdog cannon/rocketship, hehe. Except one thing. I wasn't so sure if that was a hotdog or a sausage.

Coloring (1-5)4.5, NICE! background could use a bit more detail
Neatness (1-10) 9.5, Some lines like the ones around the hair are a bit shaggy. Also the thought bubble is coming from it's legs not mouth, though this is a minor detail.
Anatomy (1-5) 3, It looks like the mouse is sitting on its feet instead of it's tush. Also the ponytail would go inbetween the ears not infront. ( tell me if this is confusing)

Coloring (1-5) 4, The coloring looks fine to me except you forgot to cover small parts like the mask and hair, It looks somewhat sloppy at the head
Neatness (1-10) 6, The neatness is kind of messy around the hair (some emty spots), the lineless kind of messes a few small parts up
Anatomy (1-5) 3, the ears are pretty long, and the tail is higher that where it should be (should be at the butt)
Creativity (1-5) 4, Riding a piece of food? Cool! The only thing that stumped me is that I didn't know what kind of food it was
Effort (1-5) 4, It's very good! like the effects that you did for the fire :3, although like Vivihi said, I've seen you do alot better! (not that this is horrible!)
