It seems like whenever an outsider views another tribe's forums, everyone that posted is marked a member, including those who are not part of the tribe.

Yeah I noticed that too.

after the forum came back up after being down for 3-4 hours, posts now show up to be 6 minutes into the future.

There's no prestige button on polls.

Nope. Despite looking like real posts, they don't count.

Polls are different and they are not counted as posts. They appear on each page unlike the original posts of normal threads. And if you see a poll which has no posts, it will be marked as "0" and in a normal thread which has no posts, it will be posted as "1" on the place where number of posts are shown
