actually, I'd like critique on this drawing more than my previous, since this is more recent -edit; cleaned up lines Ive been messing with it for a while, but something still seems weird. Im pretty sure it has to do with the left forepaw/hind of the green lined wolf, but I'm not sure how to fix it so he doesnt look uncomfortable and a little squished.. can someone help? Red/blueline would be really helpful good if possible Dernière modification le 1478193300000 |

I'm looking for a critique on this. I know it doesn't look identical to the galaxy fur, which is okay with my aim. I'm looking at maybe critiques for if anything seems off about the shape, color, etc. Thank you! |

universalmou a dit : Thanks for the redline, but I'm not really sure whats going on in the stomach-- his fur looks like its going straight over her paw, so im not sure what would need change there because it doesnt look natural.. Could you explain, please? |

griffincraft a dit : Your drawings are really good! I especially like how you draw eyes, paws, tails, and fur. I think perhaps the green wolf's forepaw shouldn't be on the ground, considering the angle of the other legs. If you look up pictures of wolves or dogs on their backs, you'll see their legs are relatively stiff and usually end up over their chest area. Something like one of these examples: You may want to move one of the hind legs to match each other better. Either like this, or move the other hind leg down and right a bit. Doing it how I've drawn will make the wolf look longer, while doing it the other way will keep it looking shorter. Honestly I think the green wolf already looks fine how you drew it though. But I'm not sure what's going on with these lines on the other wolf: If one of them belongs to a leg, it's in the wrong spot. For the cat drawing, the orange cat's face looks a bit uneven (maybe balance it with some fur on the other side) and the grey cat's muzzle is a bit doglike (which you can fix by shortening it or sloping it more downward). Also keep in mind that cat ears tend to fold to the side rather than going completely backward (example). However, these are all somewhat stylistic things and I don't think you really need to make any changes (for example, changing the muzzle may make the cat look less expressive!) I struggle a lot with this angle myself, so I'm probably not the best help. Dernière modification le 1478215560000 |

Pandatzar a dit : Thank you so much for the critique! I really appreciate it, it's really helpful •w• I'll make sure to do some changes to the drawing For the red wolf, I was going for having her right foreleg sort of tucked into her? But looking back I do realize that it makes her leg look awfully short Also, the part you redlined under her was supposed to be her left hind leg And again, thank you for critisizing the drawing with the felines, Im really grateful for the help! Dont think I'll change that one, since its already been saved as a png, but I'll keep the information in mind for next time! |

critique on this pls? i know the tail isn't supposed to look like that, but i just made it like that in this drawing |

soricfetita a dit : the insides of the ears shoud be poking out from the hair and traced over like everything else in the picture to define their shape the position of the arms looks very unnatural, i think it's the placement of the wings that partially caused you to draw them like that, try moving the wings more towards the mouse's back to make room for the shoulders Dernière modification le 1478449140000 |
