silianaja a dit : redline  Critiques 1. If the back leg is at a further degree than the front leg, the top of the leg shouldn't show up at all 2. Looking at the figures head, it is quite big compared to the body, also I'd try and experiment with angles of the head in particular, mine might not necessarily be correct but it's worth a try. Also the other ear almost always shows up, no matter what angle the head is at. The forehead is slightly too far back, I use a circle as the base for the head to make sure the head doesn't slant but any similar shape usually works. 3. Shoulders, mice have shoulders and when the arms just sprout out of the sides of the body, it can look a little strange, also necks, unless the mouse is EXTREMELY fluffy. 4. The eye is a little too far back, but that could be considered a nitpick. Just a little add-on I forgot to number: The tail is just a little too short, however no random thickness changes which is a plus! Good points ✓ I love the pose, it's very dynamic and clearly shows some form of mystical feeling going on, keep drawing poses like this, I love em. ✓ The mouth isn't too drawn back, well thought out. ✓ I really like the facial expression, almost looks troubled, fitted with the pose, again, very mystical. (I choose number 1) |

Lolokizka a dit : Technically there are a lot of different ways you can line the hair, remember that lineart can have gaps and doesn't have to close! You could just trace over most of your blue sketch  |

ebotthegreat a dit : OOH IT'S MY BOY I would just look into some references for his pants and folds on shirts! The lil fold lines on the shirt don't look like they're placed that confidentally and just make the shirt look kinda lumpy and like a thick, plush material instead of a thin shirt. Thinner fabrics have more intense folds usually, thicker fabrics have softer folds like you drew.  He.. looks like he's wearing some sort of sweatpants, based on his official images, hmmm! So might help to look up those for references, although honestly now that I think about it, his pants look fine as is for me. |
