How about a snowball hand item, Or a popcicle hand item. or add back items! Like a fake jetpack, a blanket/coat, or backpacks! Maybe for halloween there can be bat wings as a collectors item .o. Sorry i like making things up. Maybe a present hand item or a headband as a head item. What about more curly hair, I think these suggestions would be good for the game ^^
