ok soz. i remember making this when i still had school for a planner conest(this was supposed to be the back, however, they didn't need a back) although i still won the contest(i did both front and back)

and here's the wallpaper version i made for myself, but you can use it if you wnat as well.
i made it grayscaled and the image is pretty big soz.
