Chairs, no. Couches, there's a small box that comes up on the bottom right when you select it, and a hex code. Change the hex code, or click on the box.

First at all, you need to have rights to change the tribe house. Then go to menu => Tribe. After that, form the right part(tribe settings), select "Define the code of your Tribe's house". There paste the @code, submit and you are ready. :)

Have you exported your map as a tribe house from the map editor? If so, then it showed you the @code. If you did not copy it, then check cheese.formice.com.
