Change /profile username to /p username or add /p

I don't know at all how this would be implemented, but it's a useful feature i've encountered when using command prompt for windows.

Tab to auto complete commands.

Let's say someone types /b, then they could press tab and the game would auto complete /ban{space} based on that first character, assuming non of the commands are similar. I don't remember them all right now ;;
