I can't blame you for feeling frustrated. Try to quickly switch to another room if you fail to get a hug, in case you catch another event map starting. Also, try to gather with 3 other friends or more in a private room (with a password) to farm the event, guaranted hugs then. Or go to the room when it's time for the event to come, you can easily predict that.

Just wanted to say. These things makes players stressed and angry. As always the event map is a bit tricky and lags sometimes, so players die...

But I'm happy there is new event.

The lag of the first cloud that goes up and down is usually not so terrible, you just have to wait for the cloud to launch you high enough and then attempt the jump to the second cloud, most of the time it works fine. The first rainbow bridge that disappears can be tricky if there is plenty of lag, but usually you don't fall through it if you start climbing it at the best possible time. The last cloud you use that moves left and right is the most dangerous, if you are late you risk jumping to your death, if other players have started moving with it already. But also, when it gets particularly laggy, you can die while on the cloud and pushing it towards thebig rainbow bridge in the middle of the map, you can simply glitch through and suddenly find yourself standing on empty space...To minimize the risk try staying towards the center of the cloud so whatever minor glitches appear you will have both the time and space to correct them and return to the safety of the cloud's center. That's impossible. Use a sun consumable to see which number you have. By the way, only guest accounts have number 1 cheese.

Each hug gives 1 ticket, 1-4 cheese and 1-4 seashells (~)

I had 18 hugs done and the hugging event came, we were in a farm room, 6 players. Of course the game froze while we were reaching the rainbow bridge in the middle. After waiting a few seconds I changed rooms and I finally found a room that was about to get the event map. I went to the middle and I hugged two of the opposite team's players, I got no reward. I checked my hug counter, still 18. The game thought I hugged someone during this event turn? But it did not give me any items or a +1 to my calendar hugs. Another wasted event turn... The game is almost unplayable these days.

It happened to me this time. When everyone are about to hug, the game lagged and when we hug after the lag ended, some of us didn't get rainbow.

I actually did witness the cloud moving to the center of the rainbow and glitching like crazy! Some of the mice died after being launched to the sky!
Also, the emote disabled at 30+ mice is now working, so it's fine if the room is crowded... probably a temporary thing

where is that shop?

I'm extremely disappointed in this event. The lag is unbearable and makes the event map extremely difficult. Not to mention that once you either 1) die or 2) don't get to hug someone. then you have to wait another agonizing half an hour for another map only for it to happen again. It's very repetitive and not fun. Something has to be done about this. There is no reason why this game should have the lag that it does.

It's in the trading map, where you see the NPCs. It's Arabella who sells those. The map appears (I think) after the main Hugging map passed 3 times
