Its not selfish, 2015 is the only winter event there is. We just want a different one like maybe 2012 or 13

Complaining wont make anything better (or well sometimes it does but in this case nothing will change) and most of the people here complain just to get likes and It’s actually quite funny and pathetic. Cake already explained that Meli is pregnant and Meli shouldn’t do things that takes a lot of energy because when you’re pregnant everything becomes twice as harder.. let her focus on her health + there will be a new cartouche and some titles + a new fur. but meh. Not selfish aye? Okay ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The image doesn't give away the new event, since it was made by me (the contests coordinator). I didn't have any ideas of a background and Melibellule kindly asked if I'd like to use the winter background, so I obviously said, yes! It was fun making it & it doesn't necessarily mean that the event will be recycled in any way. Imagine Meli giving me a background spoiling a potential new event, that wouldn't be fun, would it? There shouldn't be any speculation linked to that image at all. It was purely made to fit the results of the Create A Fur competition with a wintry theme, since November is closing to an end.

There aren't any spoilers linked to the new event other than the Yeti fur, which was made by Jittercritter and earned the 1st place in the competition.

As Meli said on Discord, she did not have an idea of what kind of fur to make for this event, and she's very thankful for Jittercritter for creating this entry. Anyway, if it was recycled, would it make a big deal? There'll probably be a new badge, potentially a consumable or two & a new cartouche, what else do you want? Don't rush the event to completion, enjoy it fully, even if it is recycled, it's not like the event schedule will suddenly change.

They're looking for someone to take Meli's place while she's looking after her baby, but currently nobody has shown interest.

Also, be thankful that the contest ended earlier that I first wanted it to end, otherwise the results would have only been announced next Saturday & there would have most likely not been a fur, AND then obviously, you would be saying, ''wtf, no new fur????'', be happy with what you get!

Honestly? I wouldn't have been surprised if that happened after half of this year LOL

And it's the possible worst time ever to recycle another event imo. Halloween caused outrage, if the winter event has nothing new besides a badge it will too...
Though I do agree with you that even I and everybody else should look at the event in a different way considering what's happening right now.
But please, then I'd just like real calendar challenges like "Open up 100 RED presents under 1 hour", "Earn 10 presents under 1 event map", "Wear at least 5 winter-themed clothing on your mouse at the same time", "Share the joy! Gift 10 cheese to a mouse without asking for anything" <-- small changes but very important ones could be added

Ok I would love if there is more than 1 new title,badge,cartoche... So Meli will make 1 badge and cartouche and idk titles. I would love to see these in-game.
