not being a good computer artist isn't an excuse for art theft, but since you are new (?) just remember to not do it again and you'll be okay.

a lot of people use sai, which has many useful features, but you must pay for the full version. if you want a free program, you should try gimp. but don't be afraid to try less popular programs! i use mypaint, which i find very helpful but most people don't use it. practice and you will get better, no one (okay maybe someone) is a pro from the beggining.
if computer art simply isn't your style, you can buy a laptop/tablet. in the case that you don't have enough money there is traditional art - just take a picture and post it!

you can upload pictures from imgur and use the bbcode to post it on the tfm forums.
