What do you mean 'put them'? You don't use them anywhere except for customizing a shop item, changing the color of a map editor item or changing your totem.

These are just color codes for the items in game. A color code is basically a 6-digit code that generates a color. For example, #FF0000 would be red and #00FFFF would be cyan.

The only thing I can think of that involves stats is the shaman/hardmode feather color.

It depends on where you use these hex color codes.

On the forum, you use bbcode with it [coIor=#______]type something here[/coIor] (If you decide to copy/paste this, do note the lowercase "L"s are actually uppercase " i "s.)

In Transformice, you can skip the # symbol and use the code for changing the color to the available grounds and decorations in Map Editor. You can do the same for your shaman feather color as well.

To add onto this, you can also click the A with the red line underneath(and/or the drop-down arrow next to it) when posting on the forum.
