I've tried to space the solid balloons with boxes, but it kept falling down so I tried invisible balloons..

you could have spawned a solid balloon and then spawned a ghost box abot the balloon
then c anchor, and spawn similar balloons. c anchoer those. Now add boxes on top until desired height. Finally use big plank.
