I feel the strong need to point out this P7 map I just played: @1959015.

There is no way that this poo rewards more skilled mice, nor belongs here in my opinion lol.

It's a non-shaman mechanism map, not a racing map. Having a shaman just gives an opportunity for the map to break. The skill-based guidelines don't apply.

Idk it just seems pointless considering basically half of the mice just get thrown off the map at the very beginning anyways depending on your luck. And the P7 guidelines say it should reward better skilled mice, not better luck/sync. But if that does not apply for mechanism sorts then I guess they should make that clear in the submission thread.

@1632748 (P8) - There is a shortcut out the offscreen on the right side of the map.

This map is very inconsistant. For some mice it shoots really far and others it doesn't. This way its pretty luck based and not really skill based. I wonder why this is in the higher perm categories.

because it's old and old maps are given extreme leeway

I don't think thats luck, but a matter of who can get just the right angle.
