Ive tried tons of number combinations with 204 229 and maharadjahs birthday/amount of firsts and I've got nothing.

The "date" on the map is Maharadjah's birthday though, according to Transformice Wiki. So it's something related to Rajah; her avatar is a dragon, that might be relevant?

Another player mentioned that PGM also is a file type. Maybe we will find the code somewhere that has to do with mahar

I believe it's the /code feature. When Transformice had meetups/real life events, they would give out codes to those who attended, and players could redeem their code to get special items.

I doubt it has to do anything with the enigma, though.

This might be off-topic but it's also currently used to give out prizes in official contests such as the monthly MapMaking contests.
Anyway, it's possibly related to the enigma but since since Plasmamoucer said they tried it, it's not.
