When you copy your map's XML code, you're going to find a P tag, which is noted by <P (lots of other code here) />. Add N="" inside the tag, then load the newly created XML code.

Hi, so I'm trying to make a bootcamp map with 0 grav, and for one of the obstacles, your supposed to jump into a horizontal lava and land on the ice below. However, sometimes (like maybe up to 30% of the time) my jump doesn't reset. Is there anyway to fix that?

Heres the obstacle where im running into the problem

Thats due to the ice having no friccion, so it can be fixed by changing it to a wood. But it will happen once in a while still, cause lava is buggy

Hey, so I was trying to load past maps that I've made with the XML (not the @ code) and it says it's invalid. (still works if i try using the map code)
One of the ones i tried loading was 34k characters, is this the problem? Why was I able to copy and paste it in a few months ago and not now?

I'm trying to create a map with treadmills and I got one but my 2nd one isnt working. It's jointed but it doesnt move you.

Just put 3 instead of 1

say you have already submitted a map and you have the width as 1600
if you wanted to change the width of the map, will you be able to, or will it just submit as a whole new map?

I the review hasn't been started yet it is ok to edit the map you sent as you want

assuming you mean review with the mapcrew and whatnot, i mean once you submit the map for the game (i.e. the map gets a @xxxxxxx number)
so say your map has the code @1234567, and you edit the xml, will it still be @1234567, or will it change to, say, @12345678 as a new map entirely?

I"m pretty sure if you put in the map code into the mapeditor and edit the xml front there, it would override whatever was on the original @1234567 with whatever you just put. If you just put an xml into mapeditor and export it, it would give you another map code, or the @12345678
