Yes, ask anyone in game, they are disabled since today's update. :(

They're indeed disabled for everyone. Not only in vanilla (obviously) but also in normal rooms.

I assume someone said earlier the event's end-line is somewhere around the end of january.

Fun fact: Me and a friend of mine had a room to farm cheese since its double these days but 20-30 minutes later legit got bored.
Maybe it was less than 20-30 minutes but it can't be seen as the game is quite enjoyable. To point i've been bored even before creating the room. Hey tig you really did some "nice" changes around the month.

I am so used to these skills like? I use them without really thinking about it, it's like grabbing empty air where you expect something to always be. Frustrating.
