Feather Jewelry (Tail Item)
The string would be raffia (Here), with a few strands hanging from the tail.
The longest piece/middle raffia string with have a couple feathers on it. (Perhaps a peacock feather.)

Feather Earring (Ear Item)
To match witch above, but as earrings.

Balloon Jewelry (Tail Item)
I don't know how the new item slot works, but maybe we could have a balloon on a string of some type (perhaps: circluar balloons or ones with pretty designs.)
The ballons would lift up above the mouse tail, instead of dangling down.

Perhaps they could also have the balloon weights on them, which would dangle below the tail. Fancy. Plastic.

Windchime (Tail Item)
A windchime of some type on the tail.

Paperchain Links (Tail Item)
Those arts and craft paper chains kids do when they're little. They would alternate between 3 colors; red, yellow, and blue.
