You need to review all p4-p9 but do the two maps for what your focus is on. Otherwise it's incomplete. So no.

the survivor section of the app is p10 and p11. If you want you can simply apply for survivor also. You don't have to do rotation if you don't want to or don't feel comfortable with it.

You're welcome to review them if you aren't applying for that section, but there isn't much point since those reviews won't be considered anyways.
