Its pretty visible that when people become part of a tribe such as the Crossing the borders, with many moderators in it. That they become favored and get special treatment among other people in the transformice community.

This is ridiculous. You should be excited we're getting more mods, not moaning about how they're part of X tribe.

I also want to add to this that tribes like the ones mentioned have been around for a long, long time.
Players there have been around and know the game pretty well. And, from being in these old tribes (that have tons of mods, ex-mods, sents, and sometimes even admins in them) gives better examples of how to be when you apply and get trained to be a moderator because they've played for years alongside these people.

I would also agree with Haruhitastic, Einjagend and Yogiibear. As they said before, those tribes are much older than other tribes and have a good amout of mature people within the tribe. I am not saying that other tribes are NOT good, but it's just to be the staff member, the person needs to be trusted by a lot of people and have experience, which those tribes can actually provide (having staff members in your tribe can show you how to act among them, how to respond properly and handle situations)

Even if other applicants were denied, they will have chances in future applications and I bet if they are good for the possition, staff won't ignore!
