Tomdizzy please note the with the aide of a friend. The standard answer new mcie gets when asking how to walljump is alt F4. Allot of plaeurs are also below age 12 and might lag noticing finer details.
I think I tried learning it after a week then taking me 1-2 weeks learning with a few hints but by myself and only playing 3-4 hours per week back then.

Hmm, on my fifth day at TFM, I learned choco-wj, then a week after that I accomplished my first wj on grass ground :P
After that, I could wj on any walljumpable ground.

took me over 2 months to understand how..
And im still newb at this xD
