(It can be used legitimately and it certainly IS used legitmiately, however I acknowledge that most of the times it is not used legitimately)

Also I find it ludicrous how you are attempting to add words to the filter when it can easily be worked around and or turned off, meaning it is useless anyway.

But fine, if you want to censor words out(because your little mind can't take it or whatever reason. I always imagine people reading the word fuck then crying out loud saying "I've been scarred for life" when thinking about any word-censorship system, god it's so silly.) have it your way.

The way I see it is, what is it to you if we don't want to see that word? You can always turn the filter off. It's not censorship in the sense that you're thinking. It's to help prevent some players from getting very upset. I'm sure the thought has never crossed your mind, but to a rape victim, the word being used in such a casual, incorrect manner is very hurtful. And even if it were being used correctly, is TFM really the place to be discussing a topic so serious, anyway? The addition of this word would not affect you since you're clearly opposed to the filter as a whole, so what's your issue?

Some mice just don't know what the heck it means. But I do.
And when I say "No, I hate that word, cuz it means 'unwanted sex.' But then whoever said that to me than says "Raping time" then they chase me around the hole map..
It really annoys me, so I have full support.
(Sadly an 11-year old knows what r*pe means.)

^^ This explains my feelings on rape. I was on transformice in the beginning of 5th grade and because of jokes on transformice and the bed intruder song I thought it was hilarious. Now I know what it is and it's not funny at all. Most victims die. It's just sad to see so many people everyday say "HAHA I RAPED YOU *follows around map* /support support support

That is the poorest "argument" you could have for this issue :/

Rape, unlike those other words you said, is more than a swear word. It is the word of a horrifying and life-shattering act that NO ONE needs to joke about.

Besides, just because things RELATED to a suggestion thread aren't implicated, how does that give the reason behind you /no supporting this? Makes no sense at all.

Ignore them as an alternative, and just wait if this will be added to the filter.

Instead of having to add a single word they should just have us be able to insert our own words into a filter. That will make everyone happy I suppose.
