If you can change the settings of your permanent flag, then what's stopping the BR's or others from doing the same?

This already applies on most MMos but on if people who are multi-lingual and enjoy gong to many language servers will be inconvenienced by this, but I dont see the problem with just creating a new account if it's that important to them.
