I support this, but maybe instead of colours they should have symbols on them to represent what they actually do to be more newbies-friendly, for example the red one would have an anvil and the green one a spirit. Just a suggestion.

That i not a neccesarily bad suggestion, but it would simply be easier to keep it in colors. Less experienced players earn over time, after all.

Now that I think about it, it is...

and I'll think on that hotkey bit...

For the hotkeys perhaps it could be the first time you press 3 it goes to the defualt Blue, then you press 3 again and it goes to Red, press 3 again for green etc?
