I guess I report whenever I stumble upon something that does. It's usually a few things on the forum daily but rarely is there anything I notice in-game anymore.

Not nearly enough on the forums. I only really report threads that need locking, but should report bad individual posts when I see them too. I'm not even allowed to report in game. Poor Whisky can't report at all. I'm quick to get through to a sentinel on IRC whenever I see bullying though, that is never OK.
