There should be a sidebar wth your mouse needs! sleepiness, hungryness , and boredness.

Sleepiness=How much tired your mouse is.. (this will drop when playing fill it by taking a break off tfm or spend some time in tribehouse )
Hungryness= how much hungry your mouse is ( this will drop online when playing for cheese to fill it get cheese)
Boredness= How much bored your mouse is (will drop when playing to fill add people buy clothes and buy fraises)

What happens if my mouse gets too Sleepy or Hungry or bored?
You can buy potions in the shop!
Potion+ = 10+ for every bar 20 cheese
potion++= 20+ for everybar 30 cheese
potion+++= 40+ for each bar 50 cheese
Megapotion= 70 for each bar 150 fraises

Hungryness, would your mouse die or anything?, If not what effect would happen if you do no feed your mouse

Boredness I really would not agree on because well taker a noob for example, they cannot buy clothes people may not add them. And other players would not be able to buy fraises in their country....
