I've played other games (a facebook game) where the devs spilled coffee on their server and it exploded. Thank goodness they backed it up.

I used to work for a forum once, the main guy who made it wasn't the brightest tack in the septic tank.

After I made the entire front page and typed in 3 HOURS worth of info, he went to go save it and pushed the delete button. No backups. Adding further insullt to injury he asked me to do it all over again to which I refused (it was 5 hours down the toilet in 2 seconds, I cried so hard)
