Either:

1. Ignore
2. Insult myself too
3. Cuss them out if they're being an awful jerk to me, or to my friends, or to a lot of or the entire room :S

I just simply let them rage and I just ignore them :) "sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me"

since i'm a very sarcastic/cynical person, i tend to use sarcasm to insult them
or sometimes i just laugh at their silly comments

im naturally sarcastic, so i use sarcasm to insult back. i somewhat fight back using what i know, what i did wrong, etc
normally i use /ignore though

i usually get angry and quit the game,crying._.

I just say stuff like "Mmk if you say so" or "Ofc I am" and then just ignore them because what's the point in getting wound up over a bunch of strangers name calling and being rude.

I just laugh at them considering how idiotic they are acting on a game.
