Like Candie said, you can just ignore them. That's easier than adding a new system. XD

But what if they don't want to talk in whisper and in chat only?
Ignore also stops you from seeing their main chat messages.

I'd use this all the time. Because random people whisper me weird things and sometimes insult me

/support great idea! Maybe a command would be easier, as in "/nowhispers [Name] [Reason] [Time]" and if you fill in 0 for the time it would be for ever. If you wanna make them able to whipser you again just do the same command but make the time 1 second so they can instantly whipser you again. Or just do it as you show in your example, which is way easier to opperate. Could also be a tab next to "Friends/Ignored/Disabled Whispers".

For sure there are times I don't wanna talk to some of my friends. Being able to disable whispers just for them is something interesting. I'll support it!
