Overall, I'm a big fan of the IGG team, they're a bunch of great people organizing tons of things for Charity, and I think it's super cool, that's why I wanted to help and sent them so many goodies (you didn't see them all, they're probably hiding some for Sunday)
But yeah, they only arrived at their place the night before the live, and some of them pulled an all-nighter right before the marathon even began, organizing stuff, that's why they were a bit chaotic and under-staffed at the start. It should be much better on Sunday, even tho I don't mind much about these kind of events not being super professional actually.
