New Hearts Currency (Hearts = Saves)

1-Do you have to BUY these shaman patterns?

2-Do you have to unlock the patterns? Say, you might have to unlock the pattern by getting 2000 saves, like the shaman hardmode except 1000 more saves?

3-Where will we be able to change these patterns?Will there be a specific button for this, or when you unlock shaman hardmode and you get the little feather, do you click the feather and the option to change the patterns will appear?
