Your question is a bit confuse or badly worded
There're just 6 categories. Cat1 this time is New Year; there is not a Cat7 about Christmas and Cat6 has always been a free-style XML
Would be SO strange a new Cat7 about Christmas

Christmas was always the December theme

i think the new years theme is more broad and people can make more ideas for it.

christmas is kinda meh since i can barely think of stuff for that except for the generic ideas. lol

Yep, the 15 grounds can be of any type or length for Cat 3. Just be sure that all grounds you use are visible.
