Nothing would happen. If you entered "Come to /rom 10" It wouldn't be clickable.

If I were to implement this suggestion I probably wouldn't add a confirmation message, to be honest. It just wastes time having to click it but apparently people like to click everywhere in the chat box so I thought no harm can come from adding it to the suggestion. :P

You can also disable it if that helps you sleep at night. ^-^
