It wasn't probably that number, but the chat said "40000000 ms" but it felt like with number like that ^ there.
There were people cloned bunch of times.They were moving like the images of floating mice when you have lag and somebody dies - they float and move slowly. They move like that:

1 pixel left - the image of the mouse stays untill another mouse goes on top of it and replaces with it's own image.

Just awful...
