This would give certain tribes an unfair advantage. I don't want to have to deal with people advertising their tribes within the chat, let alone them be able to pay for it to be advertised. If someone wants to join a tribe, they can look up tribes and choose the best one for them.

this could lead to chat overflow of hackers and such. though it would be kewl. either how, its unfair, i think, that everything is boughten eaisly in fraises.

I would be okay with this if payment is per broadcast. If you only have to pay once to spam the entirety of TFM for as much as you would like, it's going to lead to a lot of trouble.

The way I see it keeping it at 100 fraises per message (for example) would be a better idea.

A lot of mice play TFM which (might) mean/s there are a whole lot of broadcasts at one.

E: It'd be great if there was a sub chat somewhere else around the screen that only announcements go on so that it doesn't go in the main chat.
