| Hello! I apologize you are having problems in game. I know you said moderators are not helping you, however, whispering mods directly can be a bit tricky when reporting a rule breaker. Moderators get a LOT of whispers that they have to deal with, users are often trolling them and sending fake reports or simply spamming their whispers. You said there were two mods online. I think we both know these two have a lot of work considering they had to handle the communities alone. Thestaff FAQ explains how to contact a moderator about your problem. Other ways to contact a moderator (ranked in order of success rate): •You can contact an individual moderator by sending them a private message via the forum. You can do this by going to this page and typing the name of the person you wish to contact in the box labeled "to" - Your conversations can be found here: http://atelier801.com/conversations • Using the /report function (/report "name"). This is often the best course of action if /mod returns no results. - If you decide to use the report feature (I definitely recommend using this one when a rule breaker appears), not only the two public mods get the message, every private moderator sees the report as well and they may be quicker at handling it than the two you messaged! • Through our IRC channel #Transformice on server irc.rizon.net. Quite a few mods frequent this channel and updates are usually announced here. There are also bonus commands you can use to look up user profiles, tribes, and more. You can access it easily here. I often find some mods there when there is nobody to help me in game. http://www.transformice.com/irc-webchat/index.php Unfortunately, we do not allow threads made to report in game offenses as they can bring quite a lot of drama, just like your thread did. If anyone ever bothers you again, you can always use the /ignore command to block any messages or whispers from them. It's usually the easiest way in case you find no moderator to help you out. I wish you good luck and happy cheese hunting! And once again, I am sorry for your troubles. |
