If you want a mode that needs a challenge and needs expert players, then this

Or, even better, there could be a "time limit" to build. For example, you are allowed to build for only 30 seconds, then you would turn into a normal mouse and won't be able to build anymore.

Some ideas I posted on the french section that I kinda like:
- A very tiny summoning range but objects spawn instantly(or almost instantly). Every anchor would be available, but spirits wouldn't.

- The summoning range changes depending on which anchor you choose to use. If you choose a B-anchor, the summoning range would be smaller. C-anchor would be a little wider than the usual range and V-anchor(J and N included) would give a bigger range(not as huge as on divine mode). Maybe remove some skills and objects like spirit?

- You've got a limited amount of anchors to use. 1 or 2 red anchors, 4 yellow anchors and 10(or more?) green/blue anchors. After that you'll only be able to spawn objects without anchors at all. No cloud skill, no spirit, maybe leave one spring thingy?

This would be pretty good, if shaman had normal/hard mode's range to build. Although it would also be very hard if there were no anchors since it's literally impossible to build in some maps without anchors.


I also really like the idea of letting shaman build for a limited time (30sec-1min) and then become into a mouse.

Locking skills wouldn't make much sense in my opinion since they're very useful most of the time.

Also, there could be something like the shaman can't see the mice and vice-versa. (they'd be invisible for each other)



Edit: there could be a mode where the shaman can only use a single object. For example if the shaman spawn a big box at the beggining, it'd have to build the entire map using big boxes, same goes for planks, balls, springs and everything else.



Edit2: Shaman would have colision on but mice won't. This way they can jump on shaman and the shaman could fly and carry all the mice wherever they have to go. Shaman wouldn't have powers at all and can't spawn anything, even spirit or arrows.

Can you explain this a little bit? As far as i understood this the spawn range should work depending on the anchor you choose...but is it related to every anchor or it's something you have to choose at the real beginning? If it's like in the first case it is waaaaay too easy.

Can you explain this a little bit? As far as i understood this the spawn range should work depending on the anchor you choose...but is it related to every anchor or it's something you have to choose at the real beginning? If it's like in the first case it is waaaaay too easy.

Btw, the 3 things are completely different ideas.

And basically what I mean is, if you hit B for a red anchor on a plank, the spawn range would get smaller, but if you hit C then the spawn range would become larger than before. Basically it changes based on which anchor you choose to use.

Maybe something like a Minimalist Mode would be neat. Having a limited number of objects that can be spawned per around with a limit to how much you can spawn of each item. For example:

- Only Yellow and Green anchors are allowed.

- You would only be able to spawn 20 objects on the map in total (arrow (anchors) don't count towards this).

- You would only have 6 Big planks / boxes / anvils / cannons. 8 Small planks / boxes. 5 balloons / balls / blue runes / arrow anchors.

- (Skill items): 2 orange runes / apples / ice and chocolate planks / sheep. unlimited companion crate.

- (Disabled items/skills): Spirit, Totem, Clouds, Spring / Speed tokens, Eagle eye.

- Spawn range would be normal or slightly increased.

I don't know what the requirements would be (personally want to keep divine out of the requirements) or if I missed anything, but if I have please let me know ! Hopefully this hasn't already been suggested (If it has I'm sorry).

Will most likely update this when the new skill tree(s) come out as well.

A v-anchor mode would be cool. Not something that masquerades as a v-anchor mode, but actually just has delayed c-anchors AKA arrows.

A mode where you can only use things that fly and explode.
Items you can use:
Explosive sheep
balloons
wings
totem
cloud
spark (sp idk XD)
nails
and your rings turn into swirls when you get this mode.

well, many maps wouldnt really be possible, (and this was suggested :P) but if the number of items was increased, maybe? maybe 40 ish, around?

I went through and played some maps, most of them were completed in 12 items or less with the spawn limits included and without skills. Maybe 25 items instead of 20 would be better but the whole idea of the mode was to make a stable build in as little resources as possible without messing up.

With out both item restrictions the challenge really wouldn't be a challenge and I feel that's the point of extra shaman modes; To provide a new challenge for experienced shamans while still being fun. Keep in mind that this mode wouldn't be available from the start and would still need to be unlocked from playing at least a little bit of hard-mode.

Well I don't think it's a good idea to add a new shaman mode. I know you want to amuse players and make the game a bit funnier but I really don't think you have to go this way. We need challenge and more importantly, go back to the point where the first purpose of this game is, that is, union, together, have fun! Till now more and more people focus on getthing 1st and pro that they've grown to be rude and pay less attention on other players, don't you know? Some shaman set a balloon to his friend to make him first, that's really disheartening. Because of this, some players don't want to play... The new shaman mode seems grow to be harder and makes the game harder and it's not that good, personally.
I think you'd better add some funny mode, delect the "first" button and try your best to make the game funner... Well I guess you don't know what I said, it really mess...sob

Well, it would be called Hell Mode. It would be hard, but the nails would be both yellow and blue.
So, you wouldn't have anvils, spirits, ice cubes, balls, balloons or skills! All of the skill you could do is fly, but not like the wing skill, it would be HIGHER JUMP Ofc, there would be more stuff added. Example: A mice, that is helping you to build. That mice would actually be a shaman goddess. And she'd be helping you and giving you hints to build! When you die, there would be a tiny angel who helps mices reach the hole and get the cheese. Tada~~~!

Aaaaah,its zou.Maybe a mode called:God Mode:Where a shaman has super speed,super spawning,but no Bs allowed,Cs,or etc--the only allowed are rotations and Vs.
You can make up the rest ^.^ I would love this being taken into consideration.Peace out,y'all

I think either a mode without skill trees and you have a limit on the amount of nails you can use or a mode with only the objects from your skill tree.

i dont really want anymore shaman modes tbh, 3 seems enough.
but i'd like a little "joke" mode where you can only use balloons, balls, and anchors, it just seems amusing to have a shaman be restricted to only those items. maybe you could have 1-2 planks too, just for fun.

Classic Mode: A simple shaman mode where no shaman skills take place.

I think this would be better for special rooms rather than a shaman mode though.
