The main problem with this, as mentioned before, is that the overlapping/overlaying hairs and hairs would be very difficult to fix. As mentioned by Dracoleaf: coding it is supposedly very difficult, and I wouldn't doubt it for a second. I'm no expert, or even amateur, but I've had enough experience to know that coding most things is puzzling and often confusing.

If you added a "Hairstyles 2" section, it would kind of be out of the ordinary in my opinion. How could you have 2 hair styles on at the same time? Think about it logically. Though TFM may not be logically accurate in most of its elements, it's shop "categories" have maintained a pretty stable state in terms of logic:
- Hats
- Neck
- Mouth
- Eye
- Ear
- Fur
- Tail
- Hairstyles

Being one of those who don't typically wear outfits most of the time, I can't really say that shop changes are that big of a deal for me. Changing such a small portion of the game takes a lot of time and effort and with all the other suggestions that seem more important, I'd prefer those to be implemented rather than this. If anything, they should just make any future hairstyles under the hairstyles section, which they've been doing since that section was implemented. It saves them any extra hassles.

I agree. I often times wear the rainbow dash hair along with another hair style to make my outfit even more pretty.

Coding it is really kind of hard: each item has it's category number and item number. Changing a category number will require the item number also to be changed, and those old hairstyles will have to be added to the end of the list and be shown in new items. Also that will probably result in ownership reset and mass rage.

eh I think the marge simpson and super saiyan hair should be converted to hair styles too.
