I support this. Especially if they're going to continue to change how certain skills work thereby prompting the people who had those skills to redistribute for something more useful.

If you redistributed points that were on the bottom and you have points on the top , you will have to use the points to get back to the top row.

assuming that the points in top rows would also be removed.

I don't get that, that means it isn't only resetting 1 skill then?

i'm not the creator of that thread, but i'm assuming that if you removed one skill which would make the total number of points spent in a row of skills, everything else above it would be removed as well.
so yes, it wouldn't only reset one skill.
