Since Shamousey is refusing to provide any sort of closure (even one where he simply terminates the contest without winners) to this we can assume that due to a lack of submissions, judges or ability to follow up with rewards, the contest is most likely closed with no winners.

I've seen the new modules that have been released, and I'm just glad that there has been more action in modules. Before there were a some modules that stuck around, while the rest were abandoned. That's still sort of the case now, but at least new modules come in every now and then to gain some interest from the community. Despite whether it's lack of entries or judges or anything, clearly there has been action in modules, which is what this contest was meant to inspire.
