I can still see people on my ignored list talk in chat. Please fix

I'm unsure if this has anything to relate to the new community platform, however ever since the update, I've been unable to change my avatar, with a message I've never encountered before when trying to change it.

I can't change mine as well, getting the same error message across all platforms that I've attempted to change my avatar on.

Why the fuck is there nobody on my fucking list? I had over 500 friends on my list. Including inactive members that I had added and however i tried adding them back but it showed me that they didn't add me? now wtf can you fucking explain this shit

I want the X's back to remove someone from my ignore list. Ive cleaned out my ignore list 4 times because it got full and having to click on their name, then click remove from blacklist is gonna be tedious. Or maybe boxes we can select with a remove all from blacklist option.
