Anythin a dit :
This calculation is ridiculous, because it takes well more than 2 rounds to gather all individual ingredients for one pizza (it takes almost one entire round just to grow certain crops). You also didn't take into account the many maps it takes for people to figure out what to do in the first place. And it's nowhere near realistic to calculate 24 maps a day because obviously nobody is going to spend the entire day trying to play your event. This event takes much longer to complete than what you're trying to say here. But go ahead and keep telling yourself that your event is great and not time consuming, because that's what you've been doing this entire time and it doesn't look like you're able to leave that bubble you're in.

I said it once, and I'll repeat: I'm agaisnt fast / easy gameplays. You are not obligated to complete my event, it's just a "bonus" event.

Every event has the rounds you lose because you are trying to figure out, and they doesn't really need to be part of the math, otherwise some of them would be impossible to exist, i.g.: enigmas.

No one will spend 24 hours playing this, indeed, but you can keep looking for maps in other rooms. You can get up to 3 events in a row if you be fast changing / finding other rooms. Here we have 24 * 3 per day if you put some effort.

While you are planting some ingredients you could assemble the pizza. Max. of 3 maps per pizza if you know how to play. Some seeds take more time, obviously, but in general you use one map to get the ingredients and one to at least harvest something that you missed and assemble the pizza, lasts ~20 seconds.

I tested this event for almost a week before launching it to find bugs, normalize the prices and times. It got accepted because it had the needed potential and met all the requirements.

Topic updated with news about prizes and the new event.
Will be updated with new information.

Consumables
• You may give consumables in your event, however they are limited and not all of them are available. List: https://pastebin.com/raw/SJn9yLy5
• You can only give 10 consumables per reboot. Reboot happens on tuesdays and thursdays. If the event loads once per hour, it would appear at least 24 times per day. From Tuesday to Thursday there would be 72 maps and from Thursday to Tuesday there would be 144 maps, all approximately. Don't make the consumables the main rewards, since they must be well distributed to fit all the "lost" rounds.

Badges and Orbs
• They are a complementary prize. You can choose between one title and one badge, one title and one orb, or one badge and one orb. Only two prizes per event.
• They probably will be redrawn by an administrator to keep the Atelier801 art style, so it's not necessary to draw then small.
• Not every event will give badges or orbs, only those that need something else to complete the small gameplay.
• Enigmas can't give any of them as prize.

ㅤAt this event there were 5 witches in different maps. The mice had to kill them pressing spacebar in their weak spots. You would win the badge by killing them 35 times. There was also an enigma, all the 5 maps were involved and completing it would give you the title.

ㅤAt this event you had to collect 50 confetti to fix the Piñata's paw and 30 candies to get the badge and finish the event. As a mini-enigma, you should memorize and select all the guitar colors in order once you find Miguel's hidden guitar, to get the orb.

Is there is there a pre-set code for lua maps like there is for modules? Or are they similar enough that it'd be easy to alter the module one? Sorry- I'm trying to get into lua coding but it's not easy to find someone who has the time and skill who's willing to help

Also, how do you make a detailed art map (not Viprin's, but like how every event has them)?

Unicorn823 a dit :

They are images that are used as background.

There're no "lua maps".

You can ask for a module team member to be your "guide", helping you to test and/or hosting images.

Another option, which I did 2.5 times before joining the team, is replacing images to textareas with the images' dimensions, and using print instead of chatMessages to see how it would look. All functions can be 'worked-around', including player data, with a bit of effort from the coder.
