Why are so many Brazilians on Transformice |

Kitty a dit : There was a time where the playerbase didn't consist of BRs mainly, it was at the time when TFM peaked at 80k players. While it's true that for the most part, they are the ones keeping this game alive but it's also a sad reality. No one told you to keep playing this game and no one wants you to leave. People have a different take on it, but BRs are way too much into TFM. Over the past couple of years, in any room I'm playing there's got to be one at least. The worst side about it? No one considers statpadding as a trolling. When I'm a sham, ofc as any other I need saves so I try to get as many as i can, but they're always being the ones to mort on my round which also became an influence in the game. The other part? Getting a first and they whisper you, calling you 'lixo' which translates into 'noob' and other stuff that are counting towards the insulting side. I've seen plenty to the point i'm just fed up with it. However, there's a part of the BR community being nice. I've got to be friends with some of them and I'm happy about it. Just upset how most of their community brings a shame with their actions. Game isn't meant to be competitive or anything, But they take it as it is which influenced the other communities. What drives you to collect firsts in a game that's often considered as a time consumer? What sort of achievement will you make from it? Be taken as an esports player? Do you want to know something? Check the CFM leaderboard. The rank 1 over there got banned some years ago. Reason? The man took this game for serious to the point he decided to share his account with other people just for the firsts. You could make your own goals sure, but don't ruin the fun for other people. Don't get mad because they've stolen your firsts/getting pinged or something. But it's annoying how they do it all the time. In the end none of the optional time you spent in the game would mean something. Rather play with friends or make some, instead of going all in competitive. I just want saves for god's sake... Yasuo a dit : that doesnt change the fact that you ARE being xenophobic, theres always a bad side to every community, and right now youre showing the bad end of the en community with your bigotry, its less with the BR's and more with you, being called a "noob" is quite literally nothing and if you dont like it then you can turn off your whispers. |

Kitty a dit : How am I being xenophobic? I'm fine with them as I got to know people from their community. I'm showing a dislike towards people who tend to ruin the game for others. I'm sorry that BR's the dominant one in the game. It would be entirely different if it wasn't. I can't deny that there's a bad side to every community. I just want to be around people who could understand what 'spending time' is. People who won't take the game this serious. Been playing in E2 since 2016, BR's go there due to the fact they could get firsts quite easy. Talked with one about 2 weeks ago since they asked from where I am. The man started insulting for no god damn reason. Why? Because 'Sweden' means something in their language or whatever it is. Wasn't hurt or anything, but why are they being like that? No one knows why. Being friends with someone else from the hispanic etnicity feels a lot friendlier than being friends with BR's. Just my opinion though. I don't know what their problem is, and I do hope I could talk better with them, but things like those have built up a big barrier. Not just for me but for a lot other people. But then I guess i'm being this butthurt and would instead laugh it out when they insult. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ And I know I could turn off my whispers but that doesn't change anything. |

Kitty a dit : Ayy lets just go and insult them back for when they do the same then? Play like them, destroy their fun the same way they do. I've been getting fed up over the years. I did absolutely nothing to them. I didn't say anything bad to them, except if sometimes they try to taunt. I literally ignore or tell them 'lol no'. What else can I do? Why most of the times they are the ones to do things which not everyone likes? Used to play TFM on a daily basis and had to see them everywhere no doubt about it. Call me whatever you want. I can't change your opinion on me, neither you have the chance to change mine. I simply stated that while there's a good side of the BR community, there's also a bad side and its way too much. Influencing all other communities. What can I do about it? Nothing. Should I try lecturing them? Absolutely not. Muting or being "nice" to them or simply just ignoring won't change the fact that they've simply been at the top of this game. It won't change how a lot of people talked about BR's. I don't know how the current BR players are, but a year before I quit(basically 2 years since i've been afk in tribe house collecting time for nothing), I couldn't see a room without them in it. The people I've talked to, have also told me they are ashamed of being part of such a community. So.. It is what it is. |

Does it matter if there are more BRs or En players? everyone is playing for different reasons. While its true that brs tend to whisper ''lixo'' or whatever that doesnt mean other people dont do the same? En players are also toxic and they hate on people they think that are from diff community. Daily i have angry En players on me trying to roomban me or whisper me shit. Lets not ignore that a lot of people (including En players) abuse their ping againts BR people on their server, while en players have a big advantage on br server, brs dont have any in en server. So its not easy firsts for brs since they have ping disadvantage. So lets agree that every community have chill and toxic people and this topic goes nowhere, just an arguement without end. E: any game that includes stats/levels will be taken competitive by a lot of players from any community, there were several players that hit rank 1 including En player, So not only brs take it seriously or competitive. At the end of the day people are free to play however they want as long as they dont break the rules Dernière modification le 1603122960000 |

Sofstatic a dit : Sure. Yeah I know any game that includes stats or levels will be taken as a competitive one, but TFM is not really it. Don't know honestly, I know that firsts are hard to obtain and all, but I really dislike seeing statpadders if I were to sham or anybody else. Like, what's wrong with losing a first and still getting something? I'll stop here, but it's troubling me to know why players consider going for firsts mainly when there are many other things to do. I guess they did some changes to stop statpadders from what I heard about some time ago, but changing rooms is still an option for them. EN's toxic yes, any community is but during all those years everytime I play, it's not that i'm seeing them but people talking about BR's. But yeah, I'll withdraw from this, as I've already understood. :^) |

Yasuo a dit : haha, if transformice actually banned people for account sharing then half the people on the top 100 would be permanently banned :p |
