Dazchipmunk a dit : You basically make a water powered spinning ball. Which is nothing more then a circle with a red anchor in the middle, a 10 by 10 ground next to it, connected with a blue anchor. And water over top this bit, so it will float up. If the mass is higher of that ground thent he circle it will start spinning really quickly. And then you connect grounds to this, and tada. You have yourself a discoball. |

More of a submission question than a map editor question, but if a map "will be discussed further" does it get P1'd? I assume so. Just curious :P |

Hubotz a dit : It means the person who reviewed it will discuss the map with the rest of the mapcrew. If they agree to perm it, it will be made P3/4/5/whatever. If not, it will stay P1. |

Dazchipmunk a dit : I have a map like that, easy to do it Just create some dynamic ground rectangle(they must not collision with mice and ground),drag they to the same place, change they color,then place red motor(right or left) to the center of these rectangle, and tada, you have a disco light If you want a disco ball,just place the foreground circle into the center of those rectangle you can look at my disco map for more detail: @2656289 and if you still didn't get it, here the XML: <C><P /><Z><S><S X="379" c="4" Y="133" T="12" H="40" P="1,0,0.3,0.2,0,0,0,0" L="779" o="ff0500" /><S X="375" c="4" Y="131" T="12" H="40" P="1,0,0.3,0.2,45,0,0,0" L="779" o="ff09" /><S X="379" c="4" Y="133" T="12" H="40" P="1,0,0.3,0.2,-45,0,0,0" L="779" o="aff" /><S X="379" c="4" Y="133" T="12" H="40" P="1,0,0.3,0.2,90,0,0,0" L="779" o="ffe900" /><S X="379" N="" Y="134" T="13" H="10" P="0,0,0.3,0.2,0,0,0,0" L="64" o="c5ebff" /><S X="383" Y="397" T="6" H="10" P="0,0,0.3,0.2,0,0,0,0" L="708" /></S><D><DS Y="376" X="241" /></D><O><O X="378" C="12" Y="133" P="0" /></O></Z></C> |

Scotter a dit : If a map is made P8 or P32 for testing: If you place a shaman spawn, both shamans will spawn there. If there is no shaman spawn, the shamans will spawn at the two holes with the lowest Z-index. You might've noticed on a lot of P8 maps the shams spawn in the ground a bit, that's because the holes are hidden behind them in order to get the shams to spawn there. |

Barrydarsow a dit : Oh, this is useful to know. There's no other way to choose their spawn points at all? Edit: This doesn't work if there's a mouse spawn? :( |

Barrydarsow a dit : Looks like I have to re-do my Cat 2 entry. :c Thanks for telling us, Barry! |

I know this isn't a TFM thing but... Why CFM doesn't update the map database??? ----------------------------- What happened to the Submissions threads? No results... Sorry for not being patient. |

Gangsterpt a dit : Hi, submit your map contest entries here: Topic-59100 Metalxmusic a dit : Other people appear to be experiencing difficulties with CFM as well. :o I don't know the cause, but I'm sure it will be fixed soon. As for the submission threads, I can't speak for mapcrew but I'm sure the results will be posted if you wait a little longer. c: |

Is there any other way to find map codes than CFM? it's acting up for me too. I made 2 maps but I lost the codes.... |
0 | ||
Metalxmusic a dit : No problem. :D If I had to guess why they're taking so long, maybe it's because several people have left mapcrew recently or they might be busy with other things irl? Like summer holidays or school. Xxninjazxx a dit : None that I can think of. :c You should start saving your new @codes on a Word document or something similar. Moderators used to have an ability that could, but they lost it about a year ago. Or so I've heard. Edit: Here's the quote Tibal a dit : |
