Ratapult needs 3 changes (to my opinion):

- Shooting should be 'Ducking' (pressing down) based again. This way when people charge their shot they have the weakness of not being able to move. This gave a risk/reward effect and made the game a bit more challenging.

- Charging time for maximum shot should be increased and made exponentially. First 4 sec it would increase like it did now. And after that it will slow down tremendously.

- Increased map quality and appealingness. There are a bunch of maps that just don't suit the style of this game. Which doesn't mean the classic old style ones, but the ones with the barriers in the middle and the horrible colours and such. Also most of the map design is pretty messed up at the moment, it needs definite standards and good guidelines.

I enjoyed all of the old maps tbh.

Well the spy thing isn't really perfect XD
Because people think that a blue name = traitor.
And so the spy dies XD

Also, there are some problems where you can't kill a traitor, even though the amount of votes is there. And the fact if you voted for someone doesn't seem to matter. it's annoying when that happens if you're the last innocent alive XD

Due to the bad location detection. And yes there are some inperfections that need editing.

And sometimes it seems that the problem is that although 3 people have given their suspicion, it only counts as two.
I say this because in a situation like yuna mentioned, sometimes a 4th person suspects and the traitor becomes easily killable. Or does the kill radius increase with each suspicion?

To be honest I rather have traitor related chat in this discussion aswell. If the smaller minigames want attention then they can still get enough views/comments to recieve feedback. (That is also the reason, I didn't make one).

When the name becomes red, that person is killable by anyone. People can also retract their votes again which might have confused you.

The kill radius does not increase with each suspicion - but that is actually an interesting idea.

The current problem is that the size of a script is limited and I need more chars to code an efficient collision detection system (so the server knows who is near who).
So, right now I simply use a primitive pairwise detection system with a second cooldown to not hit Tig's runtime limit for scripts.

Hopefully, Tigrounette will lift the limit on how many chars a script may have and give us access to the mapxml of the map that is currrently played.
Until then its difficult to get the positions of players good enough.

I think traitor is pretty much the most popular of the modules right now, unless I'm mistaken XD

And I love the idea of the kill ratius increasing.

Craziest moment I've had in traitor so far: 1 traitor and 1 innocent were still alive, all the others had died already. Everyone knew who the traitor was. Then some deceased traitors start screaming and blaming the person who was innocent, and then suddenly the innocent mouse got 7 votes XD
Traitors won, but it's just always that kind of madness in traitor, which is really funny :D

And all the moments when someone who's not moving and just standing in a corner keeps getting the blame for any murder, even if it's on the other side of the map... XD

True, and that wasn't critisism or anything. I just love it when people stop thinking straight and things go crazy like that :D It shows that anything can still happen during the round.

I didn't really see it as critism, saw it more as feedback to a certain issue. Although I suppose some people would take it as critism. That also happend with ratapult for example, they got critism on that they had to duck so they couldn't move ending up changing that to spacebar. Making it too fast pace and thus destroying the old concept.
