Holomouse a dit : Lol, nice usage of the word 喜 xD Good luck to all in the shortlist, I found out that those in cat 2 is more considered as puzzle than mine. >u Edit: Most of the maps I see in cat 2 is exported as tribe house, but mine's not... is there a rule about that? :/ |

Flamingsun a dit : I think most of them are exported as a tribe house, because it's supposed to be co-op. If you export it as P0, it'll feel weird to have a map in rotation meant for two shamans, but there's only one. |

Wangos a dit : I think there isn't supposed to be a shaman; it's a collision map. |

Moripogi - @2744576 Wern't we told we cannot use water grounds. But this is on the shortlist and it has water grounds? Isn't that a bit unfair that this is on the shortlist and you allowed this person to get throught I'm happy with the others but a little disaapointed that this got throught even though water was forbbiden/not allowed because its an easy boost. Some mice can still use the boost glith in water even thouhgt its low Ive tested that. But its really unfair that you allowed that person to use water grounds. Also Fxie used water grounds which is way lower than this map and a mapcrew said its not allowed. Thats really unfair can you do a recount? |

a dit : Water is fine as long as it doesn't give a huge advantage to mice. The water glitch isn't a valid argument against water maps considering that it's a glitch that shouldn't be abused. Tulio said that Fxie's map wasn't allowed because vampires can't swim (downwards). I'll check that. Greened areas are accessable by vampires, pink areas are almost safe spots for mice. Vampires can't duck so they can't stay in one position. |

Run back and forth into pink spots I noticed nobody made 3 shortlists anyway though. I still made 2 others; I'd just like to submit this map for P11 whenever possible again considering I see nothing wrong with it and it's the best VS map I've ever made. |

Fxie a dit : I thought you made some survivor maps aswell, didn't you? |

Dunald a dit : "best VS map I've ever made." I made some artsy VS maps that were rejected understandably, and I made some better-gameplay-but-not-amazing-I-guess ones, but this one is far better than them all, which is why I'm pushing for it in particular. |

Left pink spot: Every time you run right from the stone left of the water, you need to jump back to the platform with cheese and jump back down into the water. That's really inefficient and time-wasting so mice have a pretty big advantage there. The right pink spot isn't really an issue, my bad. |

Well, you could of told us befor. This is unfair still because after tulio said that i had to redo my map. You should of really told us the rules befor. |

Necroseer a dit : The left spot isn't either. I tested it thoroughly; running back and forth works pefectly and it isn't difficult or anything to stay deep enough in the water to not have to jump back down. Not to mention it's not like mice will be able to play tag in that area. They'll get bitten a ton more running back and forth in there than anywhere else. Consider playing this with 8 or so mice, not theorizing by yourself. In my old tribe I did test this map with 8+ mice and this was not an issue in reality, only in theory. That includes telling them to attempt to use that spot to escape vampires. They turned rather quickly. Oh, and that green area on the left by the spawn... hitboxes are not that small. A vampire there would definitely hit mice within the rightmost of that pink area. Here's an illustration using real hitboxes (30x30): As you admitted, the right side is not a problem period. The left side, vampires need only move 10 pixels to the right to touch mice, and considering you don't instantly appear at the top of the water as soon as you start floating 10 pixels can be run to and fro with extreme ease. Black = accessible by vampires without moving Red = mice "safespots" Blue = the extremely short distance vampires must run to enter "safespots" |
