Grim are extremely territorial, so when they need to meet up with others of their kind, they prefer to create their own meeting point within bubbles of reality set aside from the universe they inhabit. They do this by casting spells. More powerful Grim can create their own worlds and have complete control over them. Spin is an ancient Grim, she has captured more souls than she can keep track of and thus has more powerful spells. However, she only enjoys spending time with one Grim; her brother, Turn, and they both trust each other enough to visit the planets they own. So, why bother creating this peaceful place?
