I'm pretty sure everyone forgot that item, it was never even that interesting unlike say the Japan headband, I really doubt anyone is going to care, because I don't think there's anyone ingame who trophied the item around.

True enough, I guess I'm the only one who liked to put it on, while everyone runs with chocolate bars or trumpets in their mouths. I'm not upset though, there are quite a lot of old items that people today don't have

edit: scratch that, a lot of old (event only) items got prices :( (like the fish hat)

Only by purchasing fraises you can obtain that item, otherwise it's not tradeable. It's also because it was a 2012 exclusive item when fraises was introduced (I have it since then, so... :) )
