Cooolsssboy a dit : Strange. In the game it doesn't say that (when you type /version, since it appears the same changelog as version 1.236 :/ ) |

| You are right, feel free to support my suggestion regarding consistent changelogs: http://atelier801.com/topic?f=6&t=794333&p=1 At the moment you have to check 5 different sources to know what has been changed as it seems to be a lottery where they announce updates: tfm news tfm twitter tfm facebook tfm forum announcements in game |

Ryderanon a dit : um, where did you get that being shaman on the event map was luck-based? it's based accordingly on your placement on the points list (located below your emotes and interface buttons, if you didn't know). it seems as though you didn't kill every single mouse on the map since you died either from lack of time or you used 4 cannons. as long as the shaman dies before the remaining mice die, they get their survival points. i'm assuming that you had your back turned and once you turned back to the screen they died but still got their points? if you had every title and badge, would you still call the event awful? also yay no more consumables on event maps :-) |

puffpapa a dit : It's luck-based because you have no control over when exactly the event map occurs. You can only very slightly increase your chances to be Shaman when the event map rolls around with basic points manipulation, but due to fluctuations in the points list often times being out of your control (are you going to get a First every single map, and never die? If not, then someone could suddenly be bumped ahead of you at the last second) overall it's non-impactful. You can increase the frequency of being Shaman overall, but it still is out of your control to be at the top at the exact moment the event map starts up. Edit: As an aside, even if I had everything, I would still call the event awful. The only real saving grace this event has is that they decided to make it last for 2 months so there's no actual pressure to farm it, but since it keeps becoming more difficult for the Shamans to win, those without Angry Mouse yet are going to have a harder time. The few Shaman rounds I got earlier on I did not take seriously, and now I can not use a totem to more easily complete it. Mice are learning safer spots to stand (I can usually survive most maps) and now consumables are locked, which benefits mice and tangibly makes it more difficult for the Shaman. The Easter items aren't even included in the event in any way. They're just limited-edition store items, largely of which that if someone wanted to collect them, they would have to have cheese saved up beforehand or fork over fraises. The Easter eggs are shitting out consumables, which is kind of a mixed thing: The fact that it's easier to obtain consumables is good, because it was far too difficult during the Christmas event. However, I find the consumables in general to largely be harmful for standard play. It's a cool concept, but the problem here is that this is the entire event. It's better than having to farm hundreds of eggs, I feel, but that doesn't stop it from being one-dimensional and boring. Dernière modification le 1428600060000 |

puffpapa a dit : Because you can't predict when it's time for the event map to appear so you can't make it to the top of the points list and get that goddamn turn. puffpapa a dit : I used my 4th cannon, killed everyone and died after that, do you really think this is how it should be? What is the point of 4 items limit then if you die after you killed everyone with your last item. puffpapa a dit : Of course, considering how painful it was to get everything, especially Angry Mouse title which is only one title I haven't got yet after ~7 sham turns on the event map. |

| So after I played with the current update (version 1.237), there's a "lie" in this: Cooolsssboy a dit : First, I agree with the prohibition of the consumables in the event maps, but when I was playing normally in a vanilla room, no one, including me, couldn't use consumables, even after those 10 seconds. Many compalined that they couldn't use while pressing... |

| I don't believe that <<Candy Lord>> is actually at 30. Rather, I keep track of and screenshot every decisive survival I get on the event map, and only acquired <<Candy Lord>> at 35 survivals two days ago, not 30. Would also follow with what Neonstrayzer said on a previous page about it not seeming to be at 30. Perhaps it was changed after a recent update? |
