Can someone help me to finish 4 relics sets?

How are people obtaining the golden gift badge? Can someone explain? Because I completed all of the relic sets and didn't get one.

Old rewards, including the golden gift badge, are only obtainable through the new chests. 50 gold tickets for the Christmas chest will allow you to unlock any of the old christmas event rewards including orbs, badges, and titles. The global chest, which is available for 5 red tickets (250 gold tickets) will allow you to unlock any reward from any previous event.

I hope I don't get a hard time obtaining snowboards and candles, those maps do appear less often and, boy, I hate that shaman map... Saying this because I got Candlelighter yesterday (part of my birthday wishlist XD)
ED: are the red tickets event exclusive or are they permanent? I just bought 2 and willing to buy more...

^ On Discord Meli said that the event chests will be available during other events, so they're permanent.

I open a chest (the one cost 250 golden tickets) and it give me title. I want a badge not a title, i worked so much for obtain tickets. Please return me the tickets or give me a badge!

Nobody should buy the global chest unless they are only missing a handful of event rewards. It's simply too expensive otherwise.

that’s literally not how it works

This. There's no return and you can't choose what do you want from chests, just keep collecting more tickets and you'll eventually get something you want. It would be cool if we could choose rewards but that's not how the chest system works. Also as I said above chests and tickets are permanent so no need to rush to get all the rewards you want right now.

Opening my 500 Christmas Presents (Merry Christmas) that took way too long to collect and I got:

250 Red Presents
55 - Gold Tickets
21 - Relics

250 Green Presents
38 - Gold Tickets
9 - Relics

Estimated 20% chance for tickets. Relics don't seem to be a % chance? I could be wrong but it seems that all items have the same chance of being obtained, just based on what I was seeing come out of the presents as I was opening them.

this is a scam. i bought a chest and got NOTHING no title no badge no orb.
